Sion Jenkins was convicted of the murder of Billie-Jo Jenkins (his foster daughter). She had been battered over the head with a tent peg. He said he had found her in a pool of blood on retuning from a shopping trip. His behavior was said to be erratic and he had miscroscopic blood spots on his clothing. On appeal, the evidence from blood drops was found to have been misleading and the conviction was quashed.
